When my then, fiancé, told me he wanted to take a Disney Cruise for our honeymoon, it was just one more reason I knew he was the one for me!

We’re both big kids at heart, and this is the perfect way to mix fun and romance.

Disney is known for their magic and customer service. After booking the trip, all we had to do was show up! Everything was taken care of for us, including our flight and Disney Magical Express bus service from Orlando airport to the cruise ship. Even our luggage was magically whisked from the airport to our stateroom aboard the ship. Booking through a travel agent would be even less stress! Disney Diva Tip: Not only is Patricia with All for Dreams Travel a Specialized Vacation Planner, but because she is paid by Disney, you pay nothing to use her services!
Planning a wedding can be hard work, so the honeymoon should be as easy as possible, right?

In our first few hours aboard the cruise ship, our Mousekeeper checked up on our room and made sure we had a huge pile of pillows after we asked for just one extra. She even provided a special foam pillow for my husband. Anything you could want or need, I’m sure they could find!At the safety drill, which is required for all passengers for all cruises, we struck up conversations with the crew in our area. As soon as they found out we were on our honeymoon we were presented with ‘Just Married’ and ‘Honeymoon’ buttons to wear. It seemed like every Cast Member went out of their way to give us congratulations. This is just another way Disney makes a honeymoon couple feel specialYou can even pick a night of your cruise to celebrate with a cake made just for you!

One of the greatest things about a Disney Cruise honeymoon is that you can make it as exciting or as relaxing as you want.

There are lots of extras including couple’s massages, dinner at the adults-only restaurant aboard every ship, and every type of excursion for shopping, tours, and adventures on land & sea.

Don’t overlook the many perks that are already included with your cruise! There’s a live Broadway style show every night, an adult-only deck with a pool and two whirlpool spas, free room service at any time of the day or night, a movie theater that shows new-release and classic Disney movies, adult-only nightclubs & lounges, and even a fine art gallery where you can view and purchase limited-edition prints!

I believe it is perfectly possible to have a fabulously romantic honeymoon aboard a Disney Cruise and hardly ever see a child. You will certainly not be the only adult waiting in line to get your picture taken with Mickey & Minnie.

Happy Honeymoon!
