Have you ever noticed how all New Year’s Resolutions lead to Disney? No? Just me? Well, no matter what I set as my resolution I somehow find a way to make it lead me back to my happy place! Here are some Disney-inspired Resolutions that might help guide you to a magical new you!

Disney Resolutions

Resolution: Work out more and get in shape.

Why not participate in a runDisney event! Throughout the year Disney World and Disneyland both host multiple race events. They have lengths anywhere from Full Marathons to 5k’s for adults, and they also incorporate the entire family by having kid’s races too! You can find all of the information by visiting runDisney.com and selecting from the top menu. Several of our Disney Divas have participated in these events. You can read about all of our experiences and get some great tips by searching runDisney on our homepage and scrolling through all our runDisney articles!

Resolution: Tour the world/travel more.

Take on the World Showcase in Epcot! While touring the World Showcase you can visit 11 different countries and experience everything they have to offer without even needing a passport! You can see shows and videos, and taste-test the cuisine all in one place! World Showcase is one of my favorite places to visit on property because you truly feel like you’ve traveled to a different country! You can read all about Epcot’s World Showcase by reading Devo CabDisney’s article!

Resolution: Spend more time with family.

I don’t think I need to tell you that there is no better place for family bonding than Disney! There are so many attractions and shows for you and your family to experience together that it makes for fun for all ages! If you family likes to cram everything in to your vacation, there is plenty to keep you busy including numerous theme parks, water parks, shopping and restaurants! Or if you and your family enjoy relaxing by the pool, there are plenty of options for you there too with each resort on property having it’s own pool area! Check out our blog from plenty of articles on young kids, older kids, and visiting without kids!

Disney Themed Resolutions

Resolution: Improve in planning/organization.

We also have an answer for that! Why not let someone help you plan your vacation! Disney planning can be a lot of hard work. Often times I see people who do all the planning and then are exhausted before they even leave! Why not use a travel agent! Patricia at All for Dreams Travel is awesome at helping with every little detail of planning your perfect Disney vacation! Contact her here to get a free quote!

Resolution: Manage my stress/live life to the fullest/relax more.

I don’t of a happier place on Earth besides Disney World (except maybe Santa’s workshop) so this is a no brainer. When you walk through the gates to Magic Kingdom and become a kid again, all your worries melt away. You instantly become relaxed and more level-headed. And when you return from a Disney vacation you will have a rejuvenated outlook on life and will be ready to tackle any obstacles that come your way! This is a definite win-win scenario!

Resolution: Spend less time on technology.

This one takes care of itself! When you are at Disney there is no time to sit around and watch tv, or spend hours on Facebook! There are so many things to experience that you’ll often forget you are carrying around that phone or tablet! Being in the moment is one of the greatest treasures about spending time at Disney. You are in the Disney bubble and should take time to stop and take in the sights and sounds with your family!

So as you can see, no matter what your New Year’s resolution may be, there is always some part of it that will lead you back to your Disney home. We at Tips from the Disney Divas and Devos hope you have a wonderful holiday season with your families!
