Disney’s Magical Express is your complimentary carriage ride to the World! (Thank you Disney Magic Diva!) It is Disney World’s transportation and luggage service between Orlando International Airport and all Disney World owned resorts-and yes, it is complimentary for guests of Walt Disney World Resorts!

So how do you add this service to your reservation? Ideally, if you have your flights booked in advance, you can add Disney’s Magical Express at the same time you book your Disney World Vacation.
But thanks to all the pre-travel scheduling associated with a Disney World Resort vacation (ADR’s, FP+, etc), many guests book their vacation package before booking their flights. No worries though, adding Disney’s Magical Express service to your existing reservation is a breeze!
Guests of Disney World Resort (or their travel agent) have two options to ensure they reserve a ride on this Magical Express, even after booking their Disney vacation!
*Call (407) 939-1936 and be prepared to give the Disney Cast Member your Disney Resort reservation number and flight numbers.

- Fill in the form, being sure to add the correct Disney Resort Reservation number and click “No” in the “Have you previously provided Disney’s Magical Express with flight information for this trip”. Continue to the next page.
- Add flight information, continue and review.
- Within 24 hours you should receive a confirmation email verifying your Disney’s Magical Express reservation.
What’s Next?
Hopefully your dining reservations and Fast Pass+ selections are completed. Now you can sit back, relax and truly begin the countdown to your Walt Disney World vacation.
About two weeks prior to your departure, you should receive a package in the mail from Disney containing your Magic Bands. If you look underneath the packaging, you will find decorative luggage tags to attach to your bags. Note that these are your “fun” tags and will not ensure delivery of your luggage to your resort.
You should also receive a second mailing from Disney World (or your travel agent) containing any paperwork associated with your trip as well as your bright yellow Disney Magical Express luggage tags.

You must attach these yellow tags to your bags if you would like them to be collected from the airport delivered to your resort.
Be sure you travel with your magic bands-wear them or pack them into your carry-on bags. Do not place them in your checked baggage. They are the easiest way to “check-in” for your complimentary transportation.
Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport you can proceed directly to Baggage Claim B on Level 1 and head to Disney’s Magical Express counter. No need to claim your bags, but please have your baggage claim ticket with you.
Disney retrieves your luggage for you and delivers it to your room, usually within three hours!
A few points to note…
-Disney will mail one yellow luggage tag for each member of the travel party. If you need extra, be sure to call Disney’s Magical Express in time to have extras mailed.
-Disney’s Magical Express Luggage Delivery is available to guests arriving between 5 am and 10 pm. If your arrival is outside of this window you will be required to retrieve your own luggage at the airport.
-It typically takes up to three hours for luggage to be delivered, but during peak times it could be longer. Be sure to pack any necessities (pj’s, swim gear, small toiletries, magic bands and travel documents) with you in your carry-on.
-Shades of Green on Walt Disney World, Disney Springs Resorts and Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resorts, while located on Disney property, are not owned by the Disney company and are not eligible for Disney’s Magical Express.
