Dining at the Be Our Guest Restaurant at Walt Disney World

Dining at the Be Our Guest Restaurant at Walt Disney World

By Fantasmic Diva On September 18, I FINALLY got to go to the Be Our Guest Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando for dinner. It was perfect. I don’t mean, “Wow, the food was great!” or “Aww the atmosphere is so cute!” I mean it was literally the perfect Disney dining experience. I will take you through the whole experience so you get the idea, but nothing will compare to experiencing this one first hand.  Book Early!   First off, I would definitely advise booking your reservation the full 180 days in advance. Otherwise you may not get a reservation. There is the occasional day where you can walk up to the reservations counter and ask if they have any available reservations, and if they do you can take those. The Top 5 places to get a Steak at Walt Disney World.

Author: Disney DivaI’m a bit of a “meat-a-terian”. I love a good steak and rarely get to enjoy them, so when I get to Disney World I love trying them out! So here’s the Disney Diva’s TOP FIVE STEAKS at WALT DISNEY WORLD in a very particular order. 1) California Grill (Contemporary Resort) – There is no steak that can compare to the steak you will enjoy at the top of the Contemporary resort! 2) Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge) – Beautiful and tender! The environment is nice too. 3) Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yacht Club) – I almost fell over when I tried this steak. It was so tender it literally melted in my mouth. Perfectly cooked and had great sides with it. 4) Be Our Guest (Magic Kingdom)– My steak at Be Our Guest was good, but maybe just a little over cooked. (I eat mine medium rare) The fries that come with it are to DIE for!! 5) Le Cellier (Epcot)– Supposed to be the best steak around, but...

Top 5 Tips for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Author: Disney Diva So you’re planning on going to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and you’re wanting to know how to best enjoy it! I’ve got some tips that will help you maximize your time.1. Get an early dining reservation in the park. The party officially starts at 7:00pm so you want to make sure you’ve eaten dinner PRIOR to the official start of the party. The last thing you want to do is waste valuable party time getting food. So you’ll want to make an early reservation AS SOON as you can! (180 days) for Crystal Palace, Tony Town Square, The Plaza, Cinderella’s Royal Table, Be Our Guest, or Liberty Tree Tavern. Or of course you could try any of the quick service in Magic Kingdom. 2. Ask a cast member which characters are at the party. When you get to the party ask any of the cast members hanging out around if they know where the special characters are for the party. You may be surprised at where...
