Walt Disney World: Characters of the Moroco Pavilion, Epcot Theme Park

Author: Canadian Diva See “a whole new world” at the Morocco Pavilion in the Epcot Theme Park. You can read about the fascinating, Morocco Pavilion from Diva Viva, which tells a bit about the history of this very authentic Pavilion. This beautiful photo shows some of the gorgeous architecture of the Morocco Pavilion. Photo courtesy of Memory Maker Diva. The sights and sounds are truly incredible and just across the Morocco Pavilion Buildings, by the Lagoon, is where you can meet the most famous couple of Agrabah, Aladdin and Princess Jasmine.   Canadian Diva’s Princess about to meet the Dynamic Duo. They sign autographs too! They are fun to meet, with Aladdin’s quirky and quick-witted sense of humor, while Princess Jasmine is beautifully poised in her “shining, shimmering, splendid”… bejeweled outfit.   Aladdin engages in a conversation with Memory Maker Diva’s son while Princess Jasmine signs his Vinlymation (great idea!!) Princess Jasmine and Aladdin will surely delight any fan of the Aladdin movies (yes, there are more, straight to video ones!) They appear throughout the day, check your...

Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster – NOT recommended for young kids!!

Author: Canadian Diva On our last vacation, our family had a need for speed after realizing that TEST TRACK* at Epcot was being refurbished.  My 8 year daughter was really sad that she wouldn’t be able to experience Test Track, which she LOVED. After reading great reviews about Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster in this article on  the Top 5 Thrill rides (Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster being #1), as well as this article on how Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster is the BEST ride for teens, my daughter really wanted to try it. Our Hollywood Studios touring day began with Toy Story Midway Mania and then we watched Voyage of the Little Mermaid. It was then that we made our way to the iconic “Guitar” in Sunset Boulevard.  Actually, my daughter rushed there while I tried to catch up with her. She went to the Cast Member (CM) in the front of the ride, once the CM measured my daughter’s height and said she met the height requirements (over 48 inches), my daughter proceeded to run through to the regular line. After about 25...

From A – Z, Disney planning TIPS that will help me and YOU!

Author: Canadian Diva I have to admit something to you, I’m practically a newbie compared to the rest of the Diva team who have been to Disney World and Disneyland hundreds of times. I am a great researcher however (who knew skills I developed from University would be used towards planning trips to Disney World?) and I am a pretty good planner, but my true role models are the DIVA TEAM. So how will I be planning for my next trip? Without further adieu, here are the A – Z’s of what will help me and YOU…….. A – ALOHA! Well, the Spirit of the Aloha show at the Polynesian Resort! Budget Diva mentioned how it was the best money she spent on her trip and she is the BUDGET DIVA, so it must have been great. See here and also here for the Disney Diva’s review as well!! B – Baby Centres. I no longer feel it will be insane to bring a BABY to Disney World or Disneyland after...
