Tickets for the 2019 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) recently went on sale, did you purchase yours? Looking for the Top 10 Reasons to attend MCMCP, you can read Tiki Diva’s article on that here.

Purchasing early will save you a few dollars along with Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members receive an early purchase discount as well. Some nights are priced cheaper than others, which is why Military Diva says to attend during the week, cheaper and less crowded! Halloween will be the most crowded and most expensive!

Also, remember the Magic Kingdom will close early on parties nights so if you are not attending MVMCP you will have to leave the park at 6 pm. Jolly Frogger Diva wants to remind those who attend you can enter the park as early as 4 pm with your party ticket. In 2018, DVC members could enter as early as 2 pm, which was an additional bonus perk for some extra ride time before the party starts. FastPass+ is not offered during MVMCP and will not be offered past 6 pm. Pixie Dusted Diva likes to spend her party days as down (non park) days so her family can get lots of rest to make the most of the party.

Did you know if you book a trip in late October or early November you can attend BOTH Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party AND Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party?

I’ve asked my fellow Divas for tips for attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and here’s some advice they had. A lot of the tips were the same as MNSSHP that they gave here.

Disney Magic Diva loves the parade. They enjoyed the Tonys Town Square Party last year, but it is probably not practical for families given the price. THey had amazing views of the parade without having to stand around forever. And food and wine beats cookies!

Pink Diva has a whole article on Do’s and Don’t of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party you can read here.

Military Diva suggests you prioritize rides, shows, characters and snacks as you can’t ever do it all! Need help prioritizing? Military Diva is also our Travel Agent here at Tips from the Disney Diva and would to help you plan your next trip. Click here to contact her today!
