Tucked behind Monsieur Paul’s restaurant in the France pavilion of Epcot’s World Showcase is an alleyway that will take you to one of the best (and tastiest spots) in all of Walt Disney World. This special location, that is a can’t-miss for our family, is Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie. (Don’t worry about pronouncing it correctly- just go and enjoy!) I stumbled upon this gem of a quick service spot years ago, when it was in a different location. Since then, it is has moved to a slightly larger location, and like I said, my family doesn’t even discuss it. When we enter France, we naturally migrate to Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie!

Through the arched entryway, you enter into a gift shop (much like everywhere else in Walt Disney World). To the left is a relatively small area with tables and chairs, and some taller tables for standing while enjoying your treats. This area can get quite congested, but is so very worth the wait for a table to sit at and enjoy your food.

The area for food purchase has two lines and runs quite smoothly. Even with larger crowds, it is easy to navigate through the lines. The difficult part is narrowing down which items to get because everything looks and tastes amazing!

Our family typically uses the Disney Dining Plan, and with the abundance of food we get at meals, we are often left with several snack credits. Diva Tip: You can use your snack credits at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserrie and create an entire meal! The great thing about this location is pretty much everything- from sandwiches to sweet treats to hot and cold beverages- count as a snack credit. This is the perfect location to use the snack credits you may have accumulated to create a yummy meal, without using up a quick service meal credit. Typically, we each order a sandwich (snack credit). I always get the Croissant Jambon Fromage, which is a ham, cheese and Béchamel in a croissant. The sandwiches are freshly toasted, so you can enjoy them warm. Delicious! We also each pick out a dessert, because I can’t imagine walking through that line and not getting a dessert (again, snack credit). Drinks, both hot and cold, can count as snack credits if needed.

The food offerings are plentiful and offer sides such as quiche, various cheeses, soups, and breads. Entrees include a variety of sandwich options and salads. Desserts feature favorites like Napoleons, Ecliars, Crème Brulee, Parfiats, Mousse, and Macaroons. Pastries like flavored croissants, flan tarts, cookies, and fraises are offered as well. Hot beverages like espresso, cappuccino and lattes are available to order to accompany those delicious treats. Alcoholic beverages are also served, but of course, are not eligible for snack credits.

The next time you visit Epcot and explore the World Showcase, be sure to venture into France for a stop at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie. You will not be disappointed! Regardless of if you are on the dining plan or not, the items are all delicious and nothing is priced over $15.
