This resort offers multiple room types and views – along with the beautiful views of MagicKingdom! You can stay in the main building, or one of multiple outer buildings.
The basic rooms (440 square feet) offer views of the gardens, lagoon or MagicKingdom. Most rooms have 2 queen beds, although there are a few rooms with king beds. Also included is a full-size sofa (some rooms have an easy chair), two chairs and a table. There is a bureau which includes a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and mini-bar. The vanity area offers double sinks and a large mirror, with a separate bathroom. There is also a large closet (with an iron, ironing board and safe). You even get nightly turn down service! (Note: There are some deluxe rooms that offer 634 square feet.)
Concierge level is also available! This includes access to the concierge lounge for continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, evening hors d’oeuvres and desserts! Beverages are also included and available 24 hours a day. (Note: If you stay in the main building, you are able to go to the Royal Palm Club, which allows you to listen to the jazz band or piano while relaxing in the lounge!)
There are many suites available at the Grand Floridian, ranging from suites in the outer buildings, to the 2220 square foot Grand Suite in the main building. These suites offer sweeping views of Magic Kingdom, Seven Seas Lagoon, Disney’s Polynesian and Contemporary resorts. There is even a Walt Disney suite that includes Walt’s favorite memorabilia!
