I was lucky enough to be able to get to review Enchanted Treasure’s crafty work.   She graciously let me pick out a letter and theme in exchange for the review.  I opted for the regular size “A” for my daughter.  Because I also have a son, I bought him a regular “N”.  I debated about doing the first letter of our last name, but I thought these would look super cute in the kids’ rooms.

Letters 2 (480x640)

They love their letters!

The regular letters are $20 and the large letters are $25.  (These prices are for when the article was written-contact Enchanting Treasure for current prices.)

Checking out her letter ‘A’

While placing my order, I let her know what each child was into and their favorite colors.  I pretty much let her run with it.  The “A” theme was Cinderella and I let her know A’s favorite color was pink.  The “N” theme was Mickey with his favorite color, blue.  While Mickey is pretty easy to do in blue, a pink Cinderella was a little harder.  The pink was more for information, than actually on the letter.  She had an old Mickey book she wanted to use, so both letters were made with old books.

After seeing teasers on Enchanting Treasure’s Facebook page it didn’t take long for the letters to show up on my doorstep.  The kids were very excited to see the letters of their first names with their favorite characters.

Checking out the Mickey’s on his ‘N’

The letters themselves are made from MDF material.  They are tough, but not meant to be played with like toys.

The Cinderella “A” highlights the big moments in the story along with the human and animal character.  It is embellished with the glass slipper, Cinderella’s coach and Cinderella at the top.  There are a couple of buttons as added decoration.

The Mickey “N” is decorated with older Mickey pictures-ones I remember from when I was a kid.  Along with a fun blue Mickey print paper, some buttons, Mickey’s name and a more modern, but matching, fishing Mickey.  Mixing pictures from the book along with the printed words gives the letters a scrapbook feel.

The Cinderella themed ‘A’

Overall, I love the letters.  I think they capture the kids’ personality beautifully.  There are a couple of things I would let buyers know.  One, be careful getting the letters out of the envelope.  She wraps them well and they are protected, but because there is paper on them it can tear easily if you aren’t careful.  The letters are not decorated on the back.  This isn’t a big deal since I plan to hang them up.  The decoration goes around the sides so when they are hung-up all you see is decoration.  The last thing is that there isn’t anything on them to hang them with.  I’m planning to hot glue either a ribbon or a picture hangar to the back.

Letter 5 (480x640)

Mickey themed ‘N’

Enchanting Treasure was founded out of a love of crafting and Disney.  As a young adult, she wanted to display her love of Disney, but didn’t want anything overly childish on her walls.  Her love for old Disney books was the missing piece, helping her mix the old with the new, creating one-of-a-kind artwork.

I love books, so having the vintage Disney story books on the letters was a no-brainer.  However, she can add anything to the letters.  If you prefer sheet music, movie pictures, personal pictures, park maps, FastPass+ tickets-pretty much anything you can think of she can add them to your letters.

Letter 7 (640x480)

The back-including a cute message!

While these letters are great for my preschoolers I feel they could be for anyone.  I wouldn’t mind a pretty pink Aurora letter with my initial for my office.  These would make adorable gifts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, or to remember your Disney trip.

But the best news is, Enchanted Treasure has agreed to giveaway ONE letter with any theme to one of our lucky readers. Scroll down to the Rafflecopter contest below to enter, and be sure to like and follow Enchanted Treasure on Facebook and Instagram to see more great images!
