So I’ll be the first to admit that I am not the craftiest mom out there, but Pinterest helps, right? We recently celebrated my daughter’s third birthday and she wanted a “Cars” theme. Here are some ideas to help those of you in the planning stage!

Decorations

For decoration, we purchased some racing pendants online and some inflatable cacti to create that “Radiator Springs” look

I also created poster board signs for each “station”
Food

We really had fun with this part! We ordered “typical” party food, and then added our own twist to the drink station and dessert bar.
Lemonade dyed green, sweet tea, and kool-aid

I created these “snack cones” out of construction paper and masking tape to fill with snacks for little ones.

For dessert we had crispy treat “stop lights”, Luigi’s tire towers, and chocolate “dip sticks”
We put all of the utensils in trophies from the party store
Activities
How do you party like a race car? Well with a highway slip n slide, Cars themed bounce house, Ramone’s tattoo station, Luigi’s bean bag “tire” toss, and a bubble station “car wash”, of course!

Oh, and I found this ADORABLE pillowcase dress from Etsy!
Party Favors
We kept the party favors simple, with “Cars” cups filled with “cars” crayons and coloring pages from the party store.
Happy Planning!!!
